1. General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the player ("you" or "user") and the platform owner ("Company") in relation to the 77mmk platform (77mmk.wine) (also referred to as the "Platform") and all services offered on it ("Services").

By accessing the platform, registering an account, or using any of the services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please stop using the platform.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has its own specific terms and conditions — please read them in full before claiming any bonus.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the associated wagering requirement has been met.
• Each player may claim the welcome bonus once only.
• Bonus funds are held separately from real money — real money is spent first before bonus funds are used.

The 77mmk VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold—

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.5%

VIP tier upgrades are based on your gaming activity, and higher tiers come with better benefits.

5. Gaming Rules

5.1 Gaming Responsibility

Before playing any game on the platform, players must understand the rules of that game. Once a game round has started, the action cannot be reversed.

5.2 Games and Odds

The outcome of all games is determined fairly, based on a Random Number Generator (RNG) system or live dealers streamed in real time. If an incorrect result occurs due to a software error, the company reserves the right to review and correct it.

5.3 Winnings

Winnings will be credited to a player's wallet after the platform verifies they are legitimate. Winnings obtained through software errors or player violations may be voided.

5.4 Disconnection During Play

If your internet connection drops during a game, the platform server records will be used to determine the outcome, and only the completed result recorded by the server will be considered valid.

6. Prohibited Actions

Players must refrain from the following actions—

• Registering or playing using personal information that is not your own.
• Attempting to exploit, hack, modify, or bypass the platform software.
• Using bots, scripts, or any automated playing tools.
• Using software or tools that provide an unfair advantage in gameplay (including collusion).
• "Bonus Abuse" — playing with the deliberate intent to profit from bonuses through arbitrage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or attempting to commit any related financial crime under international law.
• Continuing to play while knowingly exploiting a software error to gain profit — any funds obtained this way will be voided.

If the company is satisfied that a player has committed any of the above actions, the account may be suspended at any time and the remaining balance will be reviewed and handled accordingly.

7. Account Suspension and Closure

7.1 Grounds for Company-Initiated Closure

The company reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances—

• If a violation of, or attempt to violate, these terms and conditions is detected.
• If there is reason to suspect that false personal information has been provided.
• If there is reason to suspect money laundering, or if required by law enforcement authorities.
• If the player requests account closure themselves (self-exclusion).
• When the platform ceases operations.

7.2 Player-Initiated Closure

Players may voluntarily request account suspension at any time through 24/7 Live Chat. Gameplay will not be available during the suspension period. Once the period ends, the player may request reactivation.
